At "Joy Professional," we are committed to providing high-quality products to professionals. Please review the warranty and maintenance policies outlined below:
1. General Warranty Policy
- 1.1. Warranty Period: We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in all original products, including electrical hair care devices, for a period of two years (24 months) starting from the date of order receipt.
- 1.2. Warranty Activation: The customer must retain the original purchase invoice as proof of the purchase date to activate the warranty.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)
- The warranty mentioned in Clause (1.1) does not cover the following cases:
- Counterfeit Products: The warranty does not cover counterfeit or non-original products bearing the name "Joy Professional" that were not purchased directly from the Company or through its authorized distributors.
- Misuse and Improper Storage: The warranty does not cover any defects or damages resulting from product misuse, use inconsistent with professional instructions, negligence, improper storage, or attempted repair by unauthorized parties.
- Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover parts subject to consumption or natural wear resulting from the product's life cycle.
3. Maintenance and Warranty Procedures
- 3.1. Service Request: To submit a maintenance request or activate the warranty, please contact our customer support team via [[email protected]].
- 3.2. Evaluation: The product will be evaluated to determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If the product is counterfeit or not covered by the warranty (due to misuse, for example), the customer will be informed accordingly.
- 3.3. Product Delivery: You can drop off your product at our main service center in Dammam, Al-Khaldiyah Location Map . Or, you can opt for our shipping service for a flat rate of 50 SAR payable by the customer.
