Exchange and Return Policy
In our commitment to ensure complete customer satisfaction, the exchange or return of any product is permitted, even if unused, in the event of damage caused by shipping. The mechanism for handling such cases is as follows:
- Exchange and Return Period: The duration for exchange and return is 48 hours from the date the customer receives the shipment.
- Customer Service Contact: If the customer wishes to exchange or return a product, they must contact Customer Service either via email at [email protected] or through WhatsApp at +966552098319.
- Only products in original condition are eligible for exchange or return. Used items are excluded.
- Condition Documentation: Before sending the product back to us, the customer must take a full photograph of the product. If there is damage, the specific location of the damage must be clearly identified in the image.
- Shipping Label: After reviewing the photos sent by the customer, a shipping label will be sent to the customer for the product to be shipped back to us.
- Inspection and Compensation: Once the product arrives at our facility, it will undergo a full inspection. The customer will be compensated with an alternative product if damage is confirmed, or the amount will be refunded if the product is found to be in sound condition.
- In the event that the return is based on the customer's personal preference, the customer shall bear all prescribed shipping costs.
Note on Manufacturing Defects: In the event that the product has a manufacturing defect, the exchange or return period is three days, provided that the product is in its original condition.
